Iran National Steel Industrial Group
In 1963, the country’s first steel rolling plant was established in Ahvaz to produce plain rebars, deformed rebars, and angles. Production lines were launched in 1967 with the installation and assembly of machinery, achieving an annual capacity of 65,000 tons. Gradually, additional workshops and processes were integrated into the facility. Following the glorious Islamic Revolution, this industrial complex, with its diverse range of rolling and steelmaking processes and products, was renamed Iran National Steel Industrial Group. Through the implementation of development and production line modernization projects in 1992, 2004, and 2006, production capacity increased, and product quality, operational systems, and production control were enhanced.

Nishabur Sugar Company
In February 1965, the Industrial and Mining Bank and the Planning and Budget Organization initiated the establishment of the Nishabur Sugar Plant with a daily capacity of 1,000 tons, and its establishment permit was obtained from the Ministry of Industries. The plant was registered in Nishabur on August 22, 1966, under number 67, with a capital of 22 million tomans. In 1969, the capacity was increased to 1,500 tons, and in 2005, it was further expanded to 3,000 tons of sugar beet per day. Currently, the company produces 52,200 tons of sugar from sugar beet and 128,800 tons of sugar from raw sugar refining annually. By engaging sugar beet farmers, ensuring quality production, and adhering to environmental principles, the company holds a significant position in Iran’s sugar industry. Nishabur Sugar Company has been listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange since 1995 under the ticker symbol “QNISHA.”

Eghtesad Novin Bank
From July 20 to 22, 2001, Eghtesad Novin Bank initiated its public share offering after obtaining the necessary permits from the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Securities and Exchange Organization. The inaugural general assembly was held on August 4, 2001, and the bank was officially registered on August 11 of the same year at the Tehran Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions Registration Office under registration number 177132, with an initial capital of 250 billion rials. Over the years, the bank underwent several capital increases. Finally, based on a resolution from the extraordinary general assembly dated February 13, 2024, and with approvals from the Central Bank and the Securities and Exchange Organization, the bank’s capital was raised from 30,425 billion rials to 60,850 billion rials. This measure was implemented to strengthen the bank’s financial structure and expand its economic activities.

Margarine Company is the first producer of vegetable oil in Iran, renowned among the public for its familiar brands such as Khorous, Aftab, and Aftab Talaee. The company commenced operations in January 1954 with a daily refining capacity of 8 tons and, leveraging skilled personnel, now boasts a daily production capacity of 1,000 tons. Margarine consistently strives to produce high-quality products tailored to customer needs. Currently, 38 types of oil products are manufactured across two segments: wholesale and industrial (B2B) and household consumption (B2C). These products comply with domestic and international standards, including those set by the Swiss SGS CODEX, and are available in many Middle Eastern and European countries. Firuzkuh Cement Company
Firuzkuh Cement Production Company, a subsidiary of Seyedco Holding, was established in 2002 with the objective of meeting domestic cement demand, fostering regional industrial development, and generating employment. The company is situated on a 40,000-square-meter plot at kilometer 10 of the Firuzkuh-Qaemshahr road. It was officially registered in June 2002, and construction commenced in March 2003. The plant became operational in October 2006, with a daily clinker production capacity of 3,300 tons, producing some of the highest-quality cement in the region. The production process is controlled by an intelligent FLS system and precision instrumentation. The company’s products comply with national and European standards and are exported to Central Asian countries, including Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan, in addition to the domestic market.

Magsood Factories Group
The Magsood China Production Complex was established in 1992 with a nominal capacity of 3,000 tons per year, through the collaboration of the National Bank of Iran Investment Company and the Government Employees Union (ESKAD). Through continuous development and increased productivity, the complex now boasts a production capacity of 6,000 tons and is the first holder of a health permit for the tableware china industry from the Ministry of Health in Iran. The development-oriented approach of the late Gholamreza Imani, the founder of the group, expanded this complex into the Magsood Factories Group with 20 subsidiaries. This structure includes 19 companies and one educational institution (Magsood University of Applied Sciences), operating through 10 main organizational units. The group exemplifies the implementation of Article 44 of the Constitution through the participation of private, governmental, and cooperative sectors.

Pars Animal Husbandry Company
To effectively utilize approximately 90,000 hectares of land covered by the Moghan Plain irrigation network, about 63,400 hectares of this land were allocated to Moghan Agro-Industry and Animal Husbandry Company. Of this area, over 18,000 hectares are located in the southern part of the irrigation network, where water supply requires pumping from main canals and delivery to upstream lands. Implementing this project necessitated securing financial resources and employing modern irrigation technology in the region.
