Firuzkuh Cement Production Company, a subsidiary of Seyedco Holding, was established in 2002 with the objective of meeting domestic cement demand, fostering regional industrial development, and generating employment. The company is situated on a 40,000-square-meter plot at kilometer 10 of the Firuzkuh-Qaemshahr road. It was officially registered in June 2002, and construction commenced in March 2003. The plant became operational in October 2006, with a daily clinker production capacity of 3,300 tons, producing some of the highest-quality cement in the region. The production process is controlled by an intelligent FLS system and precision instrumentation. The company’s products comply with national and European standards and are exported to Central Asian countries, including Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan, in addition to the domestic market.

North Cement Company
North Cement Company (Public Joint-Stock) was established on September 21, 1954, and registered under number 4492 at the Tehran Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office. The company was listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange in March 1996. Its first production line, with a daily capacity of 100 tons using the wet method, began operations in 1955. In 1966, the company added white cement production to its portfolio. The second production line, with a capacity of 200 tons per day, was launched in 1970, followed by the third line with a capacity of 2,200 tons per day in 1978. Today, the third line operates at an upgraded capacity of 3,300 tons per day. The production line machinery was supplied by G.H.H (Germany) and FLS (Denmark). Currently, the company produces and markets Type 2 gray cement.

Kerman Cement Industries Group
Kerman Cement Industries Group (Public Joint-Stock Company), whose headquarters is located in Kerman, Kilometer 17 of the Tehran Road, as per the company’s articles of association, was initially registered as Kerman Cement Company (Joint-Stock) under number 170 at the Kerman Companies Registration Office on August 3, 1967. Subsequently, in compliance with Article 284 of the amended Commercial Code, which mandates the conversion of joint-stock companies into either public or private joint-stock entities, the company transitioned to a public joint-stock structure on October 17, 1972. It was listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange in November 1972. In 2006, the company’s name was changed from Kerman Cement Company (Public Joint-Stock) to Kerman Cement Industries Group (Public Joint-Stock).

Faraz Firuzkuh Cement Company
Faraz Firuzkuh Cement Company (Private Joint-Stock) commenced construction in May 2003 with a production capacity of 3,300 tons of clinker per day and an annual output of 1.1 million tons of cement. After three years and ten months of relentless efforts by domestic experts and engineers, the plant became operational on March 20, 2007. Utilizing the latest technology in the cement industry, it ranks among the world’s most modern facilities and currently produces and markets Type 1 and Type 2 cement with the highest quality.

Neyzar Qom Cement Company
Neyzar Qom Cement Company (Private Joint-Stock) was initially registered on May 24, 2003, under the name Neyzar Cement Industries Company (Private Joint-Stock). Currently, Neyzar Qom Cement Company is a subsidiary of Espandar Cement Investment Company (Private Joint-Stock). The company’s headquarters is located in Tehran, while its plant is situated in Qom Province, at kilometer 45 of the old Qom-Isfahan road. The Neyzar Qom Cement Plant commenced operations in October 2011 with a production license for one million tons of gray cement annually.

Mazandaran Cement Company
To meet the cement demand of Mazandaran Province, preliminary studies were conducted by the Industrial Credit Bank. Accordingly, “Gorgan and Mazandaran Cement Company” (Private Joint-Stock) was established by the private sector on November 22, 1972, with an initial capital of 10 million rials. Following geological surveys, the current plant location was determined, and “Gorgan and Mazandaran Cement Company” (Public Joint-Stock) was registered on February 27, 1975, at the Companies Registration Office with an indefinite operational period. Subsequently, the assets of the initial company, valued at 19 million rials, were transferred to the new entity. The original private joint-stock company was dissolved on April 26, 1975. Later, upon the proposal of the Mazandaran Governorate and approval by the extraordinary general assembly, the company’s name was changed to “Mazandaran Cement Company” (Public Joint-Stock) on August 30, 1981.

Sarooj Bushahr International Company
The Kongan Cement Plant is located in Bushehr Province, 14 kilometers along the Kongan-Asaluyeh road, within Zone 2 of the Pars Special Economic Energy Region, on a 63-hectare site. The area experiences hot and humid summers (with temperatures exceeding 50°C and relative humidity of 73%) and mild winters (with minimum temperatures of 5°C and humidity of 61%). Momtazan Cement Kerman Company
Momtazan Cement Kerman Company (Public Joint-Stock) was established on August 15, 2002, with the objective of meeting the cement demand of Kerman Province and the nation, as well as creating sustainable employment in the region. The company commenced operations with a daily production capacity of 3,300 tons of clinker (equivalent to one million tons per year). After conducting technical, financial, and economic studies, the executive operations for the plant construction began on a 82-hectare site located 40 kilometers northwest of Kerman in September 2004, in a ceremony attended by the then Minister of Industries and Mines. The founding board of the company consisted of reputable Kermani investors in collaboration with Kerman Cement Industries Group, which currently owns over 37% of the company’s shares. This project is recognized as one of the first privatization initiatives with extensive investment in the country’s cement industry.

Darab Cement Company
Darab Cement Company (Public Joint-Stock) was registered in 1987 under number 68513 at the Tehran Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office. Based on a resolution by the Economic Council on July 8, 1978, the Ministry of Industries was tasked with continuing the project implementation in collaboration with Ehdas Sanat Company. With the involvement of Ehdas Sanat and the partial provision of financial resources, the project progressed more rapidly between 1998 and 2002, finally commencing operations on June 1, 2003, with a daily clinker production capacity of 3,000 tons. Due to its access to rich raw material resources, the plant is capable of producing Type 1, 2, and 5 gray cement. In 2006, through the implementation of an expansion plan, the plant’s nominal capacity increased by 20%, reaching 3,600 tons per day.

West Cement Industries Company
West Cement Industries Company (Public Joint-Stock) was established on August 15, 1974, and registered under number 437 at the Kermanshah Companies Registration Office. The company was founded with the objective of establishing and operating cement plants, selling products, setting up related industries, and engaging in commercial and investment activities. West Cement is a subsidiary of Fars and Khuzestan Cement Company and commenced operations in February 1978 with a daily capacity of 2,000 tons. Between 2002 and 2008, with an investment of over 107 billion tomans, the production capacity was increased to 4,000 tons per day. Leveraging rich raw material resources, advanced technical expertise, and equipped laboratories, the company produces cement and clinker in compliance with international standards and supplies them to domestic markets and regional countries.

Qayen Cement Company
Qayen Cement Company, initially named “Khorasan Cement,” was established on December 10, 1981, through a joint investment by the National Iranian Industries Organization and the National Bank of Iran. After conducting technical and economic studies, the plant site was selected 10 kilometers from the Qaen-Birjand road, adjacent to limestone and alluvium mines, on a 140-hectare plot. The company’s establishment permit, numbered 31064, was issued on September 18, 1990, authorizing the production of 2,000 tons of gray cement per day. Based on the operational permit from the Ministry of Industries issued on December 26, 1994, the plant’s nominal annual capacity was set at 660,000 tons over 330 working days. The facility began production in late 1994 and, through an expansion project in 2005, increased its daily production capacity to 2,600 tons.
