Aly Shimi Qom Private Joint-Stock Company was established on November 4, 1997, and is recognized as a specialized producer of raw materials used in the detergent, hygiene, cosmetic, paint and resin, rubber and tire, paper, lubricant, textile, leather, and food industries. Benefiting from membership in one of the largest economic holdings in the country, in addition to supplying the needs of subsidiary companies within the holding—such as Paksan, Goltash, Saina, and Morvarid Hamoon—it also collaborates with numerous industrial units across the country. According to its articles of association, the company’s activities include the production of chemical products, domestic and international trade, exports, imports, and human resource supply. The company’s main products include glycerin, various fatty acids, industrial tallow, and residue.

Saina Hygiene Industries Company
Saina Hygiene Industries Company, a subsidiary of the Tose’e Sanaye Behshahr Detergent Industry Management Holding, was established on January 22, 2002, under registration number 181802 at the Tehran Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office. Its formation was based on agreements and coordination between the management of Paksan Company and the Tose’e Sanaye Behshahr Group. The company is located on a 59,898-square-meter plot in the industrial zone of Abhar County, opposite the village of Qarve. On April 27, 2015, the company transitioned from a private joint-stock to a public joint-stock structure. According to Article 2 of its articles of association, the company’s scope of activities includes the preparation and production of various detergents and cleaning agents, cosmetic and hygiene products, chemical goods, manufacturing and trading operations, investments, exports, imports, and any other operations or transactions directly or indirectly related to its core business.

Goltash Company
Goltash Company (Public Joint-Stock) was registered in August 1982 as Goltash Cosmetics and Hygiene Company (Limited Liability) under number 3601 at the Isfahan Companies Registration Office. Based on a sales agreement between the previous shareholders and Paksan Company (Public Joint-Stock), it was acquired in June 1995. Subsequently, following resolutions from extraordinary general assemblies dated October 16, 1982, and January 10, 2000, the company first transitioned to a “Private Joint-Stock” and then to a “Public Joint-Stock” structure. The plant spans an area of 42,700 square meters, with approximately 21,200 square meters dedicated to built-up space (administrative buildings, production halls, and warehouses).
